The open nature of the OpenECU platform gives you the ability to develop your own models and control strategies or to build on proven components and services provided by Pi Shurlok.

The OpenECU M250 & M460 ECUs are particularly suited to diesel exhaust emission control, depending on the number of elements in the system.

The M461 high performance electronic control unit (ECU) features an internal 3-axis gyro and accelerometers module that makes it particularly suited to active suspension and vehicle stability applications. Based on the highly versatile M460 product the M461 is also suited to a wide range of applications requiring a  large number of input/outputs and the processing power of a Freescale MPC5534 32-bit microcontroller.

The sealed metal housing enables use of the M461 in challenging, chassis mounted applications on military and off-highway vehicles.
