OpenECU M120 - No longer available


CAPABILITIES

  • Freescale HCS12 family processor with
    • 1M embedded flash memory
    • 4K EEPROM
    • 16K RAM
    • 50MHz max. bus frequency
    •  XGate co-processor for high speed peripheral processing
  • Wakeup from ignition key input or CAN interrupt
  • Internal watchdog
  • 2 x CAN 2.0 A, B ports
  • 4 x high speed digital inputs
  • 4 x general purpose digital inputs
  • 5 x analog inputs, 10 bit resolution, 0 to 5V range
  • 2 x configurable output blocks each featuring
    • 1 x 8A continuous (15A peak) H-bridge, or
    • 4 x 8A PWM outputs - 2 x high side and 2 x low side, or
    • Configurable output block temperature monitored via processor
  • 4 x 2A low side PWMs
  • 5V sensor supply output and return - capable of supplying up to 100mA
  • Key (ignition) input for wakeup, sleep and power hold
  • Module re-flash - reprogrammable via CAN CCP protocol or during development BDM post accessible internally
  • Force reprogramming pin (FEPS)
  • Daughter board connector for quickly and cost effectively adding additional functionality for prototypes and low volume applications

The M120 module is no longer available as a standard product for new projects.

The
OpenECU™ M250 module offers similar I/O capabilities with a higher performance Freescale MPC5534 32-bit microcontroller.

For higher volume projects a custom OpenECU module can be offered to exactly meet your requirements.
