There have been some changes at Pi Shurlok.

The assets of Pi Shurlok Ltd, which entered Administration on 5 October 2011, were acquired on 9 November 2011 by Pi Innovo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company number 7596582 incorporated on 7 April 2011 and Pi Innovo Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company number 7596507 incorporated on 7 April 2011. Pi Innovo Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pi Innovo Holdings Limited.

Pi Shurlok LLC, previously a subsidiary of Pi Shurlok Ltd has continued to trade normally through this time unaffected. Pi Innovo Holdings Ltd has acquired the membership interest in Pi Shurlok LLC and in due course, its name will become Pi Innovo LLC.

Pi Innovo Holdings Ltd has been formed by the Executive management of Pi Shurlok Ltd and Pi Shurlok LLC with external investor support.
